Today dental referral forms (for 2016) were sent home with all Year 8 students. These need to be filled in by parents as soon as possible. These forms are needed so the Dental Bus Staff know where to send the students dental information when the leave Primary School. Please hand them to me so I can tick them off as they are returned.
